Information from April 8, 2025, about the division by separation of ENCOS Sp. z o.o.
The board of directors of ENCOS has decided to separate an organized part of the company's business into a newly formed company, BESS Konin Sp. z o.o.
In connection with the above, the boards of directors of ENCOS Sp. z o.o. and BESS Konin inform that on April 8 2025, a division plan for the split company ENCOS Sp. z o.o. was adopted by separation (Article 529 §1 point 4 of the Commercial Companies Code) into the acquiring company BESS Konin Sp. z o.o.
