About us
Who are we and what do we do?
ENCOS Sp. z o.o., together with the parallel cooperating Research and Development Unit, provides services in the field of energy for the business sector, public entities, transmission and distribution system operators. Operating on the market for nearly 10 years we have developed methods of cooperation with our clients allowing for partnerships, while supporting our clients in making strategic decisions regarding implemented investments.
Areas of our specialization are consultancy in three main areas: Engineering consultancy in the field of technical analysis and expertise, object testing, design work, conducting the connection process.
A significant area is related to the optimization of the work of generation sources and transmission plants, reducing operating costs and increasing the quality and efficient use of electricity resources. To this end, we carry out tests and trials checking the technical and operational parameters of wind farms and solar farms as well as solar farms. The third important area concerning operation is conducting diagnostics and location of cable lines damages and power protection automatics. The parallel research activity is focused on creating solutions that not only bring economic benefits to our customers, but above all affect the efficient use of energy resources.
We focus on the quality and reliability of the services and technologies we offer. The knowledge and experience of our employees allows to introduce the most optimal solutions for our clients. We provide our activities throughout Poland. In addition, our advantage is excellent market knowledge, proprietary technology solutions and advanced IT solutions used in the implementation of our service offer.

Cluster activities are primarily cooperation between industry enterprises, enterprise organizations, scientific research units for the production and balance demand and distribution as well as trade in energy generated from renewable sources.

We realize projects
In the framework of the European Regional Development Fund, the European Social Fund and the Cohesion Fund for the period 2014-2020, we are implementing the project: "Implementation of comprehensive IT software to provide an innovative service consisting in reducing the electricity losses as an opportunity to increase the competitiveness of the company", which was selected in the competition of the Regional Operational Programme of the Pomeranian Voivodship 2014 -2020, sub-measure 2.2.1 'Profiled investments'. Thanks to the funding obtained under the competition, it was possible to achieve the goal of the project and introduce a new service to the market, consisting in reducing electricity losses, improving power quality and optimizing the operation of power systems.
